Do not fill out this application if you’re not prepared, with deposit now, to move within the next 4 weeks.

Please do not lie on your application – full disclosure is always the best policy. We will deny your application for lying, incomplete or inaccurate information.

Your application may be denied for evictions within the last 10 years, a history of FED filings or small claims cases, felonies within the last 10 years or any listing on the sex offender registry. We also reserve the right to deny applications based on rude treatment of our staff.

We do NOT allow smoking indoors.
We do not allow in-home daycares.
We do not allow trampolines or pools in yards.
We allow all legal pets but do require a pet fee at move-in.

We only do leases of 12 or 18-months.

Once you’ve read through this, go ahead and have EVERY adult who would live there individually fill out the following:

  • It usually takes 1-2 week days to run a rental application.
  • You must have a non-related landlord reference, own a home or have a co-signer apply.
  • Day job? Night job? Full time? Part time? Work at home? SSI? Unemployment? Give us the info on what you do all day and how you make money!
